These Terms govern your access to and use of Antela.ai, an AI-powered operating system for commercial real estate.

1. Introduction

Antela.ai (“Antela”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) provides an AI-native platform designed to help commercial real estate professionals create, discover, market, and transact properties more efficiently. By accessing or using our website, applications, or services (collectively, the “Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use Antela. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Use of the Platform

Antela provides tools such as AI-generated listings, AI-powered search, document intelligence, partner discovery, and analytics. These tools are intended to assist decision-making, not replace professional judgment. You acknowledge that AI-generated outputs may contain inaccuracies and should be independently verified.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you upload, submit, or generate on the Platform (“User Content”). By using Antela, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, process, analyze, and display such content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Platform.

5. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following:

  • Misrepresent properties, listings, ownership, or intent
  • Upload unlawful, misleading, or infringing content
  • Attempt to reverse engineer or misuse Antela’s AI systems
  • Scrape, harvest, or extract data without authorization
  • Use the Platform for spam, fraud, or deceptive practices

6. Payments & Subscriptions

Certain features may require payment or subscription. All fees are disclosed at the time of purchase. Payments are non-refundable except where required by law. Antela reserves the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice.

7. Disclaimers

The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available.” Antela makes no warranties regarding the accuracy of listings, AI outputs, market insights, or partner services. Antela does not provide legal, financial, or investment advice.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Antela shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Platform.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time if you violate these Terms or misuse the Platform.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Antela after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
